Management Board of Venture INC ASI S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s quarterly report for the 3-month period ended March 31, 2022 (“Periodic Report”), made public on May 16, 2022, has been corrected. Correction consists in removing obvious mistakes, including: correct numerical data was introduced in selected financial data (two columns with numerical data were mistakenly replaced) and the lines of numerical data in the statement of financial position and in note 1, which previously did not correspond to their names, were moved. The financial data provided in the Periodic Report was prepared in a correct manner – irregularities result from an error in transferring data to the report. The above adjustments do not affect the Issuer’s financial position or other information and financial data included in the Periodic Report. In connection with the correction of the Periodic Report, the Issuer will publish the Periodic Report corrected in the above-mentioned scope today.
