She has been involved in project development within the IT sector since 2009, and has extensive experience in sales. She is a former President of the Management Board of Inkubator Naukowo Technologiczny S.A.

Studied at the School of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. An experienced investor. He has built companies from the ground up to become statutory entities listed on the WSE: Bankier.pl S.A. and LiveChat Software S.A. Currently, he serves as the President of the Management Board of Venture Inc S.A. and is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of several companies, including the President of the Supervisory Board of LiveChat Software S.A. Experienced in working with funds like MCI Management, Capital Partners S.A., bmp AG and Tar Heel Capital.

Co-founder and long-term Deputy President of the Management Board of M.W. Trade S.A., which was the first company to transfer stock quotes from the Newconnect stock exchange to the WSE. President and main shareholder of EFM S.A. since 2013. He also runs Arandela Marcin Mandziak, a company which provides consultancy services. Member of the Supervisory Board of Livechat Software S.A.

One of the founders and main shareholders of LiveChat Software S.A. He has been the CEO since 2010. Graduate of the University of Science and Technology in Wrocław with a Master’s degree in computer science (specialisation: IT systems engineering) from the Department of Electrical Engineering. He has worked with Capital Partners S.A. and has been involved with various Internet projects for many years, also working with the largest financial institutions in the USA and Europe.

Graduate of the University of Economics and Business in Wrocław, from the School of Management and Marketing, specialising in accounting and auditing; also a graduate of the Kozminski University in Warsaw, specialising in IAS/IFRS. She has been involved with various Internet projects since 1999: co-founding the domain domena.pl, and also participating in the administrative side of the construction of Bankier.pl SA., a financial portal. In 2001-2006, she worked as an accountant for Internet Works Sp. z o.o. Since January 2003, she has also been an accountant for LiveChat Software S.A., then becoming their Financial Director.

Doctor habilitated in technical sciences in the field of computer science. In 1999, he completed his master’s studies in Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology, with a thesis awarded by the Rector. In 2004, he earned his Ph.D. with distinction, and in 2015, he obtained the title of habilitated doctor. Employed since 2004 at the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2017, he has been the head of the Artificial Intelligence Department at the Institute of Computer Science at the same university, and since 2019, a university professor. Between 1999-2005, he was a designer/programmer at Filbico sp. z o.o., and from 2008-2010, he was a project manager at Octagonet SA. From 2016-2018, he led the Artificial Intelligence Team at Braster SA. His scientific interests include the application of artificial intelligence algorithms to data processing in biology and medicine, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, the development of techniques used in software design and manufacturing, and data fusion. He has authored over 170 publications, including 2 patents, organized conferences and special sessions, and conducted more than 150 reviews of journal articles. He has also given conference presentations, including invited lectures. In his engineering career, he has implemented, designed, and managed over 30 IT projects, which required the efficient implementation of complex algorithms for organizations such as Warsaw University of Technology, Samsung, European Defence Agency, Aspartus sp. z o.o., Oil and Gas Institute, Milton-Essex SA, Braster SA, mBank SA, Plum sp. z o.o., Octagonet SA, Filbico sp. z o.o., Make it right sp. z o.o., Horizen sp. z o.o., and Shanghai Science and Technology Talents Development. He has developed and taught 10 original lectures, supervised over 50 master’s and engineering theses, and has overseen 4 Ph.D. students. He has received the KEN Medal, the “Golden Chalk” award, 6 Rector’s Awards from the Warsaw University of Technology, and the scientific award from the Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw.
