Legal basis: Art. 70 item 3 of the Act on Public Offering – GMS list above 5%

The Management Board of Venture Inc SA (the “Issuer”) with its registered office in Wrocław presents below the list of persons who at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer on July 27, 2020 (“Meeting”) had at least 5% of the total number of votes at this Meeting:

1. Jakub Sitarz – 9 260 941 votes, which constituted 50.10% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 31.04% of the total number of votes in the Company.
2. Maciej Jarzębowski – 8,454,667 votes, which constituted 45.74% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 28.33% of total votes in the Company.
