The Management Board of Venture INC ASI SA (the Issuer) informs that in the report 13/2021 of April 20, all the attachments required in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting were not provided. Therefore, the Issuer supplements the report 13/2021 by enclosing a complete set of documents, including the missing ones: the remuneration report and the independent statutory auditor’s report on the evaluation of the remuneration report.
