The Management Board of Venture INC ASI SA (“Issuer”) with its registered office in Wrocław provides below the list of persons who at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer on April 20, 2021 (“Meeting”) had at least 5% of the total number of votes at this Meeting: Jakub Sitarz – 9,400,000 votes, which constituted 100% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 31.50% of the total number of votes in the Company.
