Together with Tencent, we took part in the most recent investment round for Exit Plan Games

Warsaw-based game producer, Exit Plan Games, has raised a total of USD 2.21 million from investors. The funds received in the third round of financing will be used, inter alia, to complete “Bang-on Balls: Chronicles” and also towards work on their next production.

Exit Plan Games was founded by Damien Monnier and Jose Teixeira – game developers who have experience developing games for a number of different studios, including CD Projekt RED in 2019.  A year later, we joined the company as an investor. 

We supported the studio in each subsequent investment round, including the last one, in which Asian giant, Tencent, started to grow increasingly more active on the Polish market. The international technology and investment-holding corporation originating from China, which focuses its activities around modern technologies and the broadly understood “Internet”, gives companies access to even greater capital. In addition, Exit Plan Games also received support from SISU Game Ventures, SMOK Ventures and One Two Play. 

In total for this round, investors invested a total of USD 2.21 million. Tencent itself acquired 10.1% of the company’s share capital, and the valuation of Exit Plan increased fourfold to the level of nearly PLN 60 million.
