The Management Board of Venture INC SA (the “Issuer”) announces that on December 17 it entered into an investment agreement (“Agreement”), under which the Issuer will invest in Questpass sp. Z o.o. with its seat in Poznań (“Company”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Issuer will take up 100 shares of the Company for the amount of PLN 300,000.00 (say: three hundred thousand) as part of the share capital increase. After the registration of the increase, the Issuer will hold 7.5% of votes at the company’s general meeting.
Questpass is a content gateway based on the idea of questvertising, developing the approach created within the Adquesto system. It is a service that changes the balance of power in the advertising and publishing market. Instead of displaying countless ads on the site, Questpass displays only one ad, but asking you to read it and understand the message. In order to receive free access to the content, the recipient must answer a question regarding the advertisement.
