The Management Board of Venture INC SA (the “Issuer”) informs that on December 4 it signed an investment agreement (“Agreement”) with Pixel Perfect Dude (“Studio”), which is active in the production and development of mobile games. Pixel Perfect Dude is the owner of the brands: “Drive” and “SkiJump”, which together have almost 14 million downloads in the App Store and Google Play.

Under the signed Agreement, the Issuer will take up 176,471 shares of the Company for the amount of PLN 750,001.75 as part of the share capital increase in the newly established joint-stock company (the “Company”). Upon registration of the increase, the Issuer will hold 15% of votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders. The company’s business profile will focus on creating computer and mobile games.
