Management Board of Venture Inc S.A. (Issuer) informs about signing a loan agreement converted into shares with the portfolio company Sundose sp.z o.o. with its seat in Lublin (the Company) for the amount of PLN 2,277,250. The Issuer granted a loan which, after the occurrence of certain events, i.e. obtaining another investment round, will be converted into the Company’s shares by increasing the Company’s share capital. Pursuant to the provisions of the agreement, the conversion of the loan into shares in the Company should be completed within 24 months from the date of signing the agreement.
