The “Issuer” informs that on July 12, 2019, a letter was sent to the Company’s headquarters informing that Rafał Sobczak had submitted his resignation from the position of Member of the Company’s Management Board on July 17, 2019. After the term of office of the Member of the Management Board, Mr. Rafał Sobczak will join the team of the Issuer’s portfolio company – Intelliseq sp. z o.o.
