Acting in accordance with § 80 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information […] (Regulation), the Management Board of Venture INC ASI S.A (the Company) informs about the dates of submitting periodic reports by the Company in 2021:

1. Separate Annual Report for the financial year – on February 26, 2021.
2. Separate Quarterly Reports containing condensed separate financial information:
– report for the first quarter of 2021 – on May 14, 2021.
– report for the third quarter of 2021 – on November 15, 2021.
3. Individual semi-annual report for the first half of 2021 – on September 30, 2021.
Moreover, the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish periodic reports for the second quarter of 2021 and periodic reports for the fourth quarter of 2020, respectively.
