Acting in accordance with § 80 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information […] (Regulation), the Management Board of Venture Inc. S.A. (Company) informs about the dates of submission by the Company of periodic reports in 2020:
1. Separate Annual Report for the financial year – on 28 April 2020.
2. Individual Quarterly Reports containing summary individual financial information:
– report for the first quarter of 2020 – on May 15, 2020.
report for the third quarter of 2020 – on November 16, 2020.
3. Individual semi-annual report for the first half of 2020 – on September 28, 2020.
In addition, the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 para. 2 of the Regulation will not publish, respectively, periodic reports for the second quarter of 2020 and periodic reports for the fourth quarter of 2020.
