Magdalena Surowiec.

Graduate of the University of Economics in Wroclaw. She has many years of experience in creating business strategies, procedures for building processes, managing crisis situations, and planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

During 2010-2014, she was the CEO of Lemon Sky, one of the leading digital agencies in Poland, eventually co-managing a team of 100 employees. The company’s market position, the value of the agency, and its customer portfolio aroused the interest of many global advertising companies: in March 2014, Lemon Sky became part of the world’s oldest network agency, J. Walter Thompson. Her experience in management and marketing also includes co-creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns for brands like Nestle, Orange, and Tesco. In July 2021, she joined the Unfold.vc team as a Managing Partner. 

In her personal life, Magdalena is also Mother to two wonderful boys with whom she spends every spare moment.
