Primetric is a SaaS tool used in the comprehensive management of service companies in the IT industry. The software makes it possible to plan, track and forecast the profitability of projects and organizations, as well as the availability of employees, taking into account absences, public holidays and work contracts.
This allows IT companies to quickly allocate a team between projects. Furthermore, the tool generates reports on the most important aspects of a company’s operations, and allows users to compare plans and expectations vs. reality, with the help of recorded employee working hours and project budgeting.
In 2023, Primetric was acquired by the American company BigTime Siftware, and Unfold exited the investment.

New investments from two VC funds: Unfold.vc and Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, worth PLN 1.75 million, and first customers from foreign markets acquired.

PLN 2.8 million raised during the second investment round. WP2 Investment joins the group of investors. Every third leading software house from Poland is now using Primetric, and the tool itself generates a 200% increase in MRR y/y with over 8,000 users.

Acquisition by the American company BigTime Siftware, a leading American platform for time tracking, project management and invoicing. Primetric and BigTime now share an ambitious goal: to create the number one professional services automation (PSA) software for small and medium-sized service companies around the world.
